- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Time
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
- Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.
- Please do your due diligence prior to reaching out to check your tracking.
Damaged Items
- We take great care in packaging your order; however, if your items arrive damaged, you must notify us within 1 day of receiving your order.
- To file a claim, please email us at preetygirlcornstarch@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the damaged items, and packaging.
Incorrect or Missing Items
- If your order is incorrect or missing an item, please contact us within 1 day of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Additional Information
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require reshipment at the customer’s expense.
